REOPENING AFTER FALL BREAK
We’ve kept some of your favorites like Gary’s delicious Grilled Lava Lake Lamb Meatballs and as ever we’ll have our nightly Pasta Bowl, along with salads, burgers, & Fish & Chips. Some of the new seasonal creations include for appetizers “Peel & Eat” Crab – 1/2 a pound of sustainable East Coast Crab Claws served either traditionally steamed with Butter and Cocktail Sauce or Singapore Style sauteed with Peppercorn Sauce. Tasty new mains include Grilled Golden Trout served with Campfire Roasted Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetable Saute, Dijon Glaze, & Dried Apricot Chutney and Brick Pressed Chicken Breast with Creamy Winter Squash Polenta, Seasonal Vegetables, Italian Salsa Verde, & Smoky Bacon-Onion Sauce. Even the meat lovers amongst us will be tempted by Gary’s vegetarian offering- Butternut Squash soft Polenta, Braised Greens, Crispy Mushroom-Baked Tofu Roulade, with red Miso drizzle!

WINTER CARNIVAL IS HERE!
Gary and the team are pleased to announce some new warming winter additions to our menus:
We have a new appetizer for dinner- Fire Cracker Shrimp served with a cabbage peanut slaw & plum chili sauce.
We have also changed our pork dish to a House Smoked Kurabuta Pork Loin served with apple-ginger braised red cabbage, roasted potato, & maple-mustard glaze.
For lunch you can now enjoy Santa Fe Salad- mixed lettuces tossed with black bean salsa, avocado, grilled chicken, & crisp tortillas, topped with feta cheese, & a side of red chile honey mustard dressing or Hot Pastrami Sandwich - pastrami, swiss, & Russian dressing on marble rye with coleslaw & fries.
We are the perfect spot to enjoy a meal over the next 10 days- a calm oasis right in the heart of all the carnival action. We will have some delicious carnival specials of Fresh Atlantic Salmon, Mahi Mahi, a Tuna Tartare appetizer and for lunch we’ll be serving homemade lasagna roulades with salad and garlic bread. There’ll be lots more tasty specials to sample too.
